Pursuant to provisions in the Italian Legislative Degree No. 185/99 the consumer/customer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement without any penalty payment, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 10 days from the reception of goods to the following address:

The goods, absolutely intact and in its original packaging, should be returned to that address within 10 working days from the reception of the goods, at the consumer’s expense.

Warning! products which are sent to our warehouse once the foreseen period has expired without meeting the requirements mentioned above cannot be reimbursed. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should choose one of the following possibilities:
Writing back cash (indicate the details of a current account or postal cheque account (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account holder, the reimbursement concerns the price of the product and the expenses of first instalment and shall be effective within 30 days as from the reception of the returned goods. Only those costs related to the returning of goods shall be at the customer’s expense)

The costs of the crossing of other nations to destination shall be borne by the consignor and customs operations in the country of arrival, including the settlement of all charges imposed on goods in the destination country. Any duties and any other fees are charged to the customer.

However, there might be the chance that at the moment you send an order, some items are not longer available or for sale.
